Job Title: CNC Programmer

Job Description

A Medical Device Component Sub-Contract Manufacturer is at the forefront of advanced machining technologies. We specialize in supporting Design For Manufacturability and Development services for the Medical Device industry.

Responsibilities

• Program Mill & Lathe CNC Machines

• Work with MasterCam and GibbsCAM software

• Serve as a liaison between engineering and machining operations by providing extensive technical knowledge in processes, machines, and systems

• Analyze specifications

• Set up and operate machines, ensuring the precision and accuracy of our manufacturing processes

• Provide mentorship to our team of operators

• Drive continuous improvements in quality, safety, and cost reductions

• Work off of various blueprints

• Monitor and document operational and performance issues and provide feedback to the supervisor

Essential Skills

• 5+ years of CNC programming experience

• Proficiency in GibbsCAM and Mastercam software

• G&M code fluency and ability to edit programs

• High level of blueprint reading required

• Experience with SolidWorks, Mastercam programming, CAM, and Prototype

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Mathematics experience with shop math

• Proficiency with measuring tools

• Experience in numerical control

• CNC EDM experience

This is a Permanent position based out of Lino Lakes, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
