Job Description
The Operations Manager is responsible for coaching and supervising a group of Managers and/or Team Leaders. This position is responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, meeting service level agreements and achieving financial expectations.
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with proven experience in managing operations across multiple accounts and diverse business verticals. The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating multilingual markets and capable of handling business disruptions and transformations. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to interact seamlessly with global teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
Manage multiple accounts effectively, ensuring optimal operations and client satisfaction.
Oversee the account setup process from scratch, including strategizing and implementing operational plans.
Operational Leadership:
Lead initiatives aimed at transforming business processes in fast-paced environments.
Handle business disruptions by developing contingency plans and ensuring continuity of operations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with global teams, facilitating communication and understanding of international business operations.
Engage with stakeholders to report on performance metrics and operational strategies.
Recruitment & Team Development:
Participate in the recruitment process, identifying talent to reinforce operational teams.
Lead training and development initiatives to enhance team capabilities.
Reporting & Technology Setup:
Ensure accurate reporting on operational metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Oversee technology setups to enhance operational efficiency.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Operations Manager
Demonstrated experience managing multiple accounts and exposure to various business verticals.
Proven track record in handling account setups from initiation to execution.
Experience in a multilingual market is essential.
Skills:
Strong operational and leadership skills, with the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
Exceptional communication skills, fluent in English; proficiency in a second language is a plus.
Financial knowledge in forecasting, budgeting or margins is beneficial, but not required.
Adaptability:
Must demonstrate adaptability to company culture and ability to work independently.
Comfortable managing multilingual and international business operations.
