Warehouse Shipping Lead

This full-time, $23/hour position is a hands-on role that combines direction and encouragement for a team of material handlers working in a fast-paced environment. Join us and play a crucial role in creating a showcase facility and ensuring your team's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work safely in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions

• Operate independently and within a team-oriented environment under pressure

• Maintain a positive attitude and support team morale

• Provide clear direction and uphold accountability daily

• Move packages, up to 70 lbs, from floor to trailer in a timely manner to meet delivery deadlines

• Train and develop associates

• Communicate effectively with fellow leads and managers via email, text, and phone

Physical Requirements:

• Stand for long periods

• Work in warehouse conditions, exposed to cold, heat, and noise

• Ability to walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years in a Lead/Supervisor position, directing a team of 15-20 associates in a fast-paced work environment

• Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication with associates at all levels, both oral and written

• Experience with RF scanners

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Pay Details: $23.00 per hour
