ManpowerGroup Program Manager Tech 3 in Lithia Springs, Georgia

Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking a Program Manager Tech 3 to join their team. As a Program Manager Tech 3, you will be part of the operations team supporting data center projects. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Program Manager Tech 3

Location: Lithia Springs, GA

Pay Range: $55-60 Hourly

What's the Job?

  • Manage programs associated within the area of responsibility.

  • Create and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery.

  • Engage with appropriate teams and resources to execute tasks or projects.

  • Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities and communicate to stakeholders.

  • Coordinate with on-site work teams and partner teams to address any issues that arise.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in project management within large-scale data center environments.

  • Experience with data center operations, including installation and maintenance of hardware.

  • Proven ability to coordinate and manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously.

  • Strong understanding of critical environment infrastructures.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with relevant industry experience.
