Position Purpose
The Senior FP&A Analyst (Financial Planning and Analysis) will maintain financial metrics, KPI data and analysis and use these tools to deduct trends, provide insight and decision support to key business leaders.
Essential Responsibilities / Accountabilities
Provide oversight of the global annual budget process; Lead key finance team members to provide on time delivery of budget in alignment with strategic targets
Lead collection and consolidation of global, historical operational and financial metrics and communicate results at regular intervals including headcount, utilization and volume (direct hours)
Maintain global KPI dashboards for inclusion in monthly reporting package and develop new dashboards as required by the business
Support monthly P&L review process by maintaining management report template (Results Analysis)
Create and maintain monthly management capital expenditure reporting versus budget and project future spend in support of cash forecasting; Communicate results with key stakeholders
Lead the preparation of monthly department spend reporting and variance analysis with both local and global points of view; Facilitate regular review with department leaders including global shared service functions
Partner across finance and GTS departments as an advocate for global data integrity and process optimization. Implement best practices in global reporting to ensure accuracy, uniformity and consistency to support speed of decision making and actively seek out automation opportunities
Monitor global cost saving and/or investment initiatives; prepare reporting and communicate results to key leadership
Prepare global ad-hoc analyses and participate in other finance projects as needed.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or other related major coupled with practical business experience.
7+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting.
Significant experience in developing complex Excel financial models.
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience with financial consolidation software such as Oracle Hyperion, a plus
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Data and detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy; experience managing large data sets and maintaining data integrity
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to organize, prioritize and manage commitments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty; the ability to adapt quickly and lead others through complex situations
