ManpowerGroup Maintenance Coordinator I in Little Canada, Minnesota
Our client, a leader in the maintenance and operations sector, is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator I to join their team. As a Maintenance Coordinator I, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting the operational team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Maintenance Coordinator I
Location: Little Canada, MN
Pay Range: $25 per hour
Shift: 8am to 4pm (Monday to Friday)
What's the Job?
Create maintenance purchase orders and manage the restocking of spare parts including requesting, receiving, and inventory control via company CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
Track and document the status of outstanding purchase orders and provide updates.
Manage vendor relationships, analyze prices, and maintain quality standards.
Execute cycle counts to verify inventory and recommend refinements.
Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports.
What's Needed?
High School diploma or GED required.
1-3 months of related experience
Basic personal computer skills and proficiency with MS Outlook.
Strong listening and communication skills.
Ability to plan and organize work tasks for maximum efficiency.
Data entry, inventory management, planning and scheduling experience (preferred)
