This job was posted by https://www.arjoblink.arkansas.gov : For more information, please see: https://www.arjoblink.arkansas.gov/jobs/4433630 Leadership training consulting firm headquartered in New York City is seeking to hire a Temporary-to-Permanent Executive Administrator/Project Manager to play a critical role in the operations of the executive team. Operating on a fully remote schedule form 9am-6pm with reachability after hours, this position will require someone to be conveniently located to New York City for monthly on-site meetings. The Executive Administrator/Project Coordinator primarily serves the President of the organization by providing administrative as well as project coordination to enable the executive team to work thoughtfully and with more insight across the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Executive Team\'s calendars; set up meetings and create time for execution of deliverables; manage logistics
  • Book travel and complete expense reports
  • Attend critical meetings to capture thorough notes and deliverables, synthesize notes, share key information with the appropriate groups/individuals and own assigned meeting follow-ups and action items.
  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external interfaces
  • Project manage selected projects and initiatives from start to finish; coordinate with certain project leaders to ensure smooth process, timeliness and communication with the President and Executive Team.
  • Assist President with the preparation and distribution of company-wide /internal and external communications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, Learning and Development, Education, or a related degree
  • 5+ years of experience managing administrative support and partnering with senior executives; independently managing day-to-day tasks, long- and short-term projects and ongoing processes
  • Proven experience producing in a creative, highly collaborative, fast paced, entrepreneurial environment and building strong internal team and external client relationships
  • Experience in or exposure to large corporate environments is necessary
  • Able to think ahead and ensure the executives have all relevant information for key upcoming meetings with clients and internal team meetings
  • Expert computer skills, in particular, G-Suite, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, ZOHO (or a comparable CRM database), particularly on Mac platforms
