Aerotek Maintenance Technician in Little Rock, Arkansas

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

You will be responsible for instructing, troubleshooting, programming, and repairing complex machinery, electrical systems, and robotics (Fanuc, Mitsubishi, and Panasonic, along with Robotic welding equipment). Additional duties include troubleshooting hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems, including 480v 3 phase, robotics, VFD's, and PLC's (preferred but not required). You will act as a technical resource to production, assist with machine failures, install new equipment, support process improvements, and maintain facility repairs. The role also involves forming and fabricating parts for trial projects or production equipment repairs, following directions and specifications, analyzing and repairing malfunctioning machines and systems, and utilizing documentation such as equipment manuals, schematics, and blueprints. Other duties will be assigned as needed.

Work Environment

The team consists of 3 technicians (including 1 lead), with a total of 5 techs on the 1st shift. The culture is laid back but high-speed, with a focus on teamwork and equipment training provided through a shadowing process.
