The Parking/Fleet Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all aspects of parking management and vehicle fleet operations, ensuring compliance with policies, safety standards, and budgetary guidelines. This role involves coordinating maintenance, managing customer service inquiries, and supporting sustainability initiatives, while also serving as a key liaison between various departments and stakeholders.

Description

  1. Plans and controls all aspects of parking management to include planning, development and coordination of AC parking services. Manages customer service related to parking and fleet inquiries, addressing employee and visitor concerns or complaints.

  2. Participates in the development of parking policies, procedures, directives and standards. In Compliance with AC’s Fleet Management Policy, drives an AC owned, leased, or personal vehicle frequently in the performance of essential job functions.

  3. Manages and organizes invoices ensuring accurate submission to accounting. Assists with the budget for parking and fleet operations, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

  4. Communicates effectively with the Director of Security, Director of Maintenance, and other personnel as needed to ensure smooth operations.

  5. Coordinates, monitors and resolves repairs of the AC vehicle fleet. Keeps accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, fuel consumption, and variation reports.

  6. Assists the AC Risk Management Department with verification of AC employee driver's license, safety training, and annual updates of new policies. Assists and maintains the DataStream database by coordinating and developing information that will provide better communication between Maintenance and Risk Management.

  7. Serves as a liaison with the Director of Business Operations, staff, and clients regarding parking and fleet updates, special event parking reservations, and the design/distribution of AC parking maps and information.
