Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Network Operations and Engineering finance team
Lead the analysis of the marginal cost of the network as we operate and improve profitability of the network
Analyze a variety of financial information (e.g. revenues, expenditures, cost projections, investments, etc.) for the purpose of providing direction and support, making recommendations, maximizing use of funds and/or ensuring overall operations are within budget
Assist operational groups with financial modeling, revenue and cost forecasting, and ad hoc analysis
Perform financial and strategic analyses in collaboration with operating groups to improve performance for all areas of the business
Interpret financial data and communicate conclusions and recommendations to key stakeholders
Create and deliver financial presentations to upper management
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
MBA or MS-Finance is a plus but not required
8+ years of experience in an accounting/finance environment, preferably in the telecom, manufacturing or construction industries
3+ years with management experience
Skills and Qualifications:
Established leadership skills and an ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, high-throughput environment
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
Expertise with financial tools (e.g., Hyperion Smartview, Onestream)
Understanding of business financial and accounting concepts (Accruals, Reversal, GAAP principles, Valuation, etc.)
Intellectual curiosity, outstanding problem solving and strong analytical skills with the ability to seek, organize, analyze, and draw valid conclusions with attention to detail and accuracy
Strong interpersonal skills, well-developed oral and written presentation skills, with the ability to summarize complex concepts into understandable and easy-to-follow presentation materials to communicate effectively with senior executives

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year
