The Program Cost Analyst will work closely with program management in the EAC development process and monitor performance against agreed-upon budgets and milestones. This role involves facilitating, monitoring, and forecasting program financial metrics to support program revenue calculations for month-end close and financial planning activities. The analyst will support reviews to ensure that financial and internal controls meet management objectives, develop and project variances, analyze expenditures, and create completion reports. Additionally, the analyst will create financial charts in support of program management and program reviews, and recommend changes to enhance operating efficiencies.
Responsibilities
Work closely with program management in the EAC development process.
Monitor performance against agreed-upon budgets and milestones.
Facilitate, monitor, and forecast program financial metrics.
Support program revenue calculations for month-end close and financial planning activities.
Ensure financial and internal controls are adequate to meet management objectives.
Develop and project variances, analyze expenditures, and create completion reports.
Create financial charts in support of program management and program reviews.
Recommend changes to enhance operating efficiencies.
Support program management by performing specific tasks related to reviews of management practices and policies.
Essential Skills
Experience with Deltek Costpoint.
Knowledge of EAC (Estimate at Completion).
Proficiency in program planning and program cost management.
Strong cost analysis and financial analysis skills.
Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience in the aerospace industry.
Ability to obtain a security clearance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in program planning and/or program cost management is preferred.

Work Environment
This role is part of a team of about 60 employees, offering a small company feel where individuals wear many hats. The dress attire is business casual. The first interview will be conducted via MS Teams, followed by additional interviews with senior management. The Program Cost Analyst will support the DARPA OTTER Program, which aims to develop and demonstrate 'air-breathing' electric propulsion technologies for satellites operating in Very Low Earth Orbit (VLEO).
