Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in various software applications, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Our company owns various other business that include: building contractor, property rentals and take out restaurant.

Duties: Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date. Manage phone communications with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Utilize Google Suite for document creation, scheduling, and collaboration with team members. Assist in organizing and maintaining office files and records, both physical and digital. Support the team with various clerical tasks such as copying, scanning, and filing documents. Provide assistance as a personal assistant to senior staff when needed. Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, fostering a positive office environment.

Requirements: Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role preferred. Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Quick-books Onine, Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
