Philips Services & Solutions Delivery Specialist in Lodz, Poland
As a Services & Solutions Delivery Specialist within Installed Base process you are responsible for the registration of installed products based on sales orders and handover documents for BeNeLux market. As a Services Specialist you will ensure quality and functionality of Philips equipment to care of our customer’s needs. Manage service requests and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction on a daily basis.
Your role:
Registration of installed products based on sales orders and handover documents
Maintaining customer installed base for parts consumption and removal of defective items
Carrying out on daily basis analysis of data accuracy including providing data for field audits
Updating statuses of installed products e.g. scrapped, storage, dismantled, operational
Receiving, monitoring, and ensuring closure on time of all kinds of Service requests
Developing and maintaining high standards of telephone conversations and written communications with Customers and Service Providers

You're the right fit if:
You have a bachelor’s degree
You have fluent English (C1 level)
You have min. 6 months of professional experience in fields related to in customer service, supply chain, or accounting operations
You enjoy having direct contact with customers and keep a high standard of communication
You bring a positive "can-do" attitude and are always ready to lend a hand to others.
You have comprehensive PC skills, and knowledge of Excel, SAP, Salesforce would be an advantage
You are not afraid of change and have the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
You have a problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify improvement opportunities
You have good organizational skills and an aptitude for details
