The role
As a Senior Human Resources (HR) Business Partner, you will partner with the HR Leadership, the Human Resources team and Business Leaders to deliver HR support and enable the organisation to deliver its objectives. In this role, you will be responsible for executing HR strategies as they relate to talent management, talent acquisition, employee relations and project/program management. In this role, you will also be responsible for building collaborative relationships across the business to execute the strategies of the HR function.
Job Responsibilities
You will support and contribute the delivery of the HR strategy in line with business and group strategy, objectives and the company mission and vision
You will work closely with the other Sr. HRBPs to advise leadership to set and guide the talent agenda and priorities by delivering comprehensive, practical HR solutions, including systems, processes, and policy development
You will collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team and Leadership to support talent selection process, ensuring proper talent capabilities and bench strengths are added to the company as well as onboard new team members
Drive change by providing business leaders with innovative tools and support to achieve business results
You will coach business leaders, managers, and team members to modify behaviors, improve performance results and achieve employees’ highest potential by guiding training and development initiatives
You will evaluate and develop HR best practices and strategies aligned to current and future business needs
You will communicate and educate HR policies and procedures to employees across the business
You will participate in the talent assessment process, ensuring proper talent capabilities and bench strengths and gaps evaluated.
You will support with employee engagement initiatives and work with managers on action plans as a result of KPI results and put forward key ideas for employee engagement in HR strategy
You will collaborate with the Talent Acquisition, Accounting, Finance, Administration and other internal teams
Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) or above
You have great HR Generalist Experience and have lead complex employee relations cases
Ability to support multi-site/functions of geographically dispersed offices and remote workers
Ability to handle ambiguity in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple competing priorities
Strong consultative skills with the ability to develop strategic partnerships
Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, communication and teambuilding skills
Ability to quickly adapt to change and flexibility to adjust to business needs
Demonstrated ability to understand the business operations and HR practices, trends, issues
Ability to achieve required results, in a timely and cost-effective manner
Effective planning, organizational, time management and prioritization skills with a strong attention to detail
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
