Laserfiche Billing Administrator in Long Beach, California
The Laserfiche Finance Team is hiring! We are looking for a highly organized Billing Administrator who communicates and helps Solution Providers, Deal Desk, and the sales team in creating quotes and submitting new orders, expansions, and renewals via our quote to cash order system (currently using OMS). The Billing Administrator assists Solution Providers and the sales team with inquiries regarding customer accounts, orders, and renewals.
Location:
- Hybrid: Three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) in-office in Long Beach, CA
- Remote work from home on Mondays and Fridays
- Training Schedule: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST
- Regular Schedule: 4:00 AM - 1:00 PM PST (Depending on territory assignment)
About the Role - Key Responsibilities
The Billing Administrator stays in daily contact with Solution Providers and sales teams to:
- Create various type of quotes and process orders/renewals for Solution Providers, including Deal Desk requests
- Redirect complex or non-ordinary order requests or customer inquiries to the Billing Specialist Lead or the Billing Operations Manager for assistance and direction
- Revieworders, including renewals, prior to submission to ensure all products, amounts, and PO values are correct
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of all system processes and procedures pertaining order processing, as well as knowledge of Laserfiche products and pricing catalog
- Process all manual order requests, including renewals, in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively and succinctly with Solution Providers, customers and internal teams
- Accountable for the day-to-day execution of customers requests
- Proactively identify and communicate ways to improve our order management system by reporting issues and making suggestions to the Billing Specialist Lead
- Attend weekly meetings to discuss issues and/or ideas to improve customer service and production
About You - Essential Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Sales Communications preferred; High School degree required
- SaaS experience preferred but not required
- Up to two years of relevant experience (Billing. A/P or A/R)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with all customers, finance and sales team members
- Outstanding Customer Service Skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
- Ability to problem-solve independently
- Able to work independently and effectively in hybrid environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook
- Adept at picking up new systems quickly (Salesforce, Zuora, OMS, Helpdesk, Support Site, ACS, Laserfiche)
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
The salary range varies, and pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, certifications (if applicable), candidates geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills and years of experience amongst other factors.
- $60,000 - $70,000 per year
