About the Role:

Join Yardi's onsite Processing Teamas a Processing Clerk, where you'll play a key role in organizing and managinghigh volumes of financial documents with accuracy and efficiency. This roleinvolves sorting, scanning, and entering data to ensure smooth and timelyprocessing. We're looking for detail-oriented team players who are motivated tohelp achieve daily productivity goals in a collaborative environment.

What You'll Do:

Useyour strong attention to detail to open and sort mailed invoices / checks innumerical order

Multi-taskand process, scan, and upload invoices into several different online systems

Performdata entry and flag any anomalies for review

Scanchecks into different online systems

Performdata entry on checks and coupons

Addchecks in a large number of check batches and prove check batches in the system

Bepart of a great team and reach daily productivity goals

WhoYou Are:

HighSchool Diploma or G.E.D.

Priorexperience working with invoice / check processing

Priordata entry experience with 10,000 kph

Excellentattention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively

Highcomfort level processing high volumes of paperwork at a moderate pace

Comfortlevel learning new concepts and asking questions

Flexibilityand the ability to exercise patience when necessary

Abilityto read and interpret procedure manuals

Reliabilityand strong work ethic

Idealto Have:

* Priorexperience processing PDF scans / processing checks
