Summary

Support Order Management activities to assure customer satisfaction is met. Act as an interface between customer representatives and Toptech personnel. Responsible for supporting the customers, members of the sales department, and other departments as referenced below.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (in no specific order)

  • Receive and process orders online, or via phone and email

  • Assist sales personnel with LATAM-based business activities, including assist with written and verbal tasks as needed

  • Perform typical Order Management functions (maintain records associated with Quotes, Sales Orders and Purchase Orders).

  • Responsible for supporting the spare parts sales with existing customers

  • Participates monthly account reviews for management to ensure short- and long-term objectives for assigned customers

  • Coordinates with other departments, including Project Management, Production, Shipping, and others, to assure appropriate communication between Toptech and customers

  • Assists Finance as required in the collection of receivables through coordination between the customer and Toptech

  • Support other duties as deemed necessary by management.

Qualifications, Education and/or Experience

  • Associate degree (A.A.) from two-year college; or one to two years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Experience with MS Office and ERP systems preferred.

Physical Demands

The employee is required to sit while performing the duties of this job. The employee is frequently required to manually manipulate a keyboard, mouse, laptop, phone set and other standard office type equipment.
