Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator in the Education industry, based in Los Angeles, California. Our workplace is dynamic and fast-paced, where you will play a critical role in employee relations, ensuring smooth operations within our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage various aspects of employee relations within the organization

• Conduct thorough investigations related to employee concerns or complaints

• Develop and implement strategies to promote positive employee relations

• Act as a liaison between employees and management to address inquiries and resolve conflicts

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all employee relations activities

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies in all employee relations matters

• Facilitate communication and understanding of employee rights and responsibilities

• Monitor trends in employee behaviors and relationships, proposing proactive solutions when necessary

• Provide guidance and recommendations on employee relations matters to the leadership team

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency in employee relations practices across the organization. Requirements • Proven experience in Employee Relations is necessary for the role.

• Familiarity with Employee Relations Investigations is a key requirement.

• A strong background in Labor Employee Relations is essential.

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.

• Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the education sector.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management tools.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Excellent problem-solving skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

• Familiarity with the education industry's rules and regulations.
