What you will be doing:
The Program Administrator is responsible for planning, implementing, and administering the day-to-day operations of the Development department's briefing and engagement program that supports and serves key campaign partners. This function contributes to the overall strategic planning and executions of annual fundraising objectives: fostering high-level relationships, consistent and appropriate donor stewardship, as well as cultivating and securing philanthropic gifts. The Program Administrator will oversee the distribution of departmental deliverables to support fundraising activities such as, but not limited to: liaising with internal and external collaborators, drafting strategic documents to guide outcomes, curating meeting agendas and activities; clarifying participant roles and responsibilities, and securing alignment of programmatic scheduling on behalf of the department, and as extension of Advancement/Development leadership. The Program Administrator will report to the Manager of Campaign Strategy and will operate under the supervision of Manager of Business Operations. Duties include:
Designs and maintains Development Department’s Campaign Strategy executive and high-level donor briefing program.
Collaborates with inter-departmental partners (e.g., development leadership, gift officers, divisional leaders, and service line partners), offices of the organization’s highest leadership, and high-net worth individuals and donors.
Actively manages departmental business calendar, establishes location and agendas for strategic meetings to further develop relationships, ensure gift closures, and advance stewardship activities on behalf of the organization.
Identifies program participants and partners; leads cross-functional teams in the administration, maintenance, or expansion of the program.
Develops and implements quality controls for clear and consistent written communications with high-level partners, planning for productive engagement with donors and leadership, and effective meeting logistics and partner engagement.
Responsible for planning and managing the program's budget in coordination with management and leadership.

Qualifications
Requirements:
High school diploma/GED required. Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare or another related field preferred.
A minimum of 3 years of project support experience required.
Experience writing briefings a plus.
