Those in Alliance at PwC will be responsible for establishing partnerships with companies to better serve our client’s needs. You will build relationships to complement PwC’s strategy through execution capabilities that allow PwC to deliver multi competency programmes and solve client’s most critical business issues. Working in this area, you will develop and execute the strategy and business plan, focus on market penetration and revenue growth, and identify opportunities for solution development and industry alignment. You will also build relationships with key Alliance executives, identify synergies between the technology and the Firm and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

As a Senior Associate on the Alliance Commercial Programs team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of resell relationships within PwC's Alliances. This role requires close coordination with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure the effective administration of these programs and deal execution. You will work cross-functionally with teams across the alliances organization to ensure that resell programs are aligned with firmwide strategic goals.

3 year(s) in Partner & Alliance Management, relationship management, program management or related field, with a track record of success

Demonstrates thorough abilities in supporting alliance lifecycle activities to contribute to the success of strategic partnerships that deliver long-term value and revenue. Key responsibilities include:
Oversee the daily management and operations of resell programs, ensuring effective execution and adherence to established processes;
Coordinate the launch of new resell programs, collaborating with alliance partners, finance, legal, and business development teams for seamless implementation;
Serve as the primary contact for internal stakeholders, offering guidance on commercial aspects of resell programs and ensuring alignment with protocols;
Monitor and analyze program metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to leadership for continuous improvement;
Analyze the adherence to relevant policies and procedures by working with PwC’s risk, finance, and legal teams, escalating concerns as necessary;
Assist in refining program governance and management practices, identifying opportunities for enhanced efficiency and optimization;
Engage with global and regional stakeholders to share reselling industry standard practices, to assess alignment with organizational standards;
Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership, summarizing program performance, risks, and improvement opportunities;
Possess thorough knowledge about resell programs or commercial initiatives within an alliances or partnerships context;
Familiarity with the technology ecosystem and key PwC alliance partners is a plus;
Possess ability to write and verbal communication, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders;
Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, exhibit proven organizational skills and attention to detail;
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with CRM systems like Salesforce is an asset;
Exhibit thorough analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights;
Possess ability to proactively approach work, with the ability to identify and address potential issues; and,
Willingness to travel up to 20%.

The salary range for this position is: $54,000 - $184,500, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
