We are in search of a Billing Clerk to join our team in the non-profit industry, based in Los Angeles, California. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity. As a Billing Clerk, you will be handling billing and using Microsoft Office 365 applications for various tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of billing

• Utilize Microsoft Office 365 applications for various tasks

• Maintain meticulous attention to detail and exercise patience in all tasks

• Communicate effectively and follow up on teamwork activities

• Verify and enter data accurately

• Maintain and monitor records regularly

• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Billing Clerk role or a related field

• Proficient in Billing procedures and practices

• Excellent skills in data entry with high attention to detail

• Strong knowledge of MS Office 365 and its applications

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher degree in a relevant discipline will be appreciated
