Description We are on the lookout for an ERP Integration Manager to join our team in Los Angeles, California. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for managing the integration of our ERP systems, focusing primarily on PeopleSoft. This role provides a long term contract employment opportunity and involves the application of a range of skills including PeopleSoft, PeopleCode, and advanced business application programming.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize your PeopleSoft experience to manage and optimize our ERP systems

• Apply your PeopleCode programming skills to develop and implement system improvements

• Analyze and understand system tracing to troubleshoot and resolve issues

• Effectively use cloud technologies to enhance our ERP systems' functionality and efficiency

• Apply your knowledge of CRM to enhance customer relationship management within our ERP systems

• Utilize your skills in Epicor ERP to support the integration and improvement of our ERP systems

• Use business intelligence strategies to analyze system data and drive decision-making

• Implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions during system upgrades or changes

• Use your knowledge of Oracle PeopleSoft and Oracle PeopleSoft Human Capital Management to optimize these systems within our ERP platform

• Apply your skills in PeopleSoft Financials and PeopleSoft Enterprise Application to enhance these aspects of our ERP system. Requirements • Candidate must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience as an ERP Integration Manager or in a similar role

• Proficiency in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) is required

• Extensive knowledge and experience with Cloud Technologies is necessary

• Experience with CRM is considered essential for this role

• Familiarity and working knowledge of Epicor and Epicor ERP is highly desirable

• Proven experience in AB Testing is required

• Candidate must possess strong skills in Business Intelligence (BI)

• Understanding and experience with Business Process Functions is needed

• Ability to draft and manage Business Requirement Documents is required

• Demonstrated skills in Change Management are essential

• Experience with Oracle PeopleSoft and Oracle PeopleSoft Human Capital Management is a prerequisite

• Proficiency in PeopleCode is necessary

• Familiarity with PeopleSoft, PeopleSoft Application, PeopleSoft Financials, PeopleSoft ERP, PeopleSoft Enterprise Application, and PeopleSoft Development is essential

• Experience with PeopleSoft Query is a significant advantage
