Description

A busy healthcare company in West L.A. are looking for an Executive Assistant on a contract to hire basis. The E.A. will be responsible for:

· Supporting multiple leaders with day to day administration

· Calendar management and scheduling meetings

· Travel arrangements

· Expense reports

· Creating presentations and assisting with research

This is an on-site opportunity paying between $35-$45 per hour DOE.

Requirements

4 years of executive support experience

Concur experience a huge plus
