Description

We are in search of a Facilities Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Situated in Los Angeles, California, this role provides an exciting opportunity to work in a bustling environment where you will be tasked with coordinating various aspects related to facility management and events. As a Facilities Coordinator , you will collaborate with different teams, manage client relationships, and ensure the smooth operation of the facility. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the activities of onsite meetings and events, including scheduling and setting up.

• Handle customer service inquiries and maintain excellent communication with all stakeholders.

• Conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure event office and storage spaces are clean and organized.

• Collaborate with internal and external providers such as production, catering, security, facilities, janitorial, movers, and equipment providers.

• Respond to all event requests promptly, ensuring KPI compliance and delivering top-notch customer service.

• Manage facilities events operations for a varying number of events per week across multiple buildings during peak season.

• Assist with other office functions such as reception and guest support, mail and courier services, provision of office supplies, and safety and security support.

• Develop and manage client relationships proactively, ensuring service levels are met or exceeded.

• Uphold an environment of teamwork, co-operation, performance excellence, and personal success.

• Comply with all client contract requirements and meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators.

Requirements • Exceptional customer service skills and a strong ability to communicate effectively

• Proficiency in managing office functions and operations

• Understanding and adherence to compliance and quality standards

• Experience in scheduling and supervising tasks and teams

• Ability to create and deliver presentations

• Demonstrated leadership skills

• Experience in production and receptionist duties

• Knowledge of security protocols for a facility or property

• Experience with deskside support and client relations

• Excellent collaboration skills and a strong team player

• Familiarity with KPI reporting

• Experience in handling storage and inventory

• Proficiency in catering and onsite management
