Description
We are seeking a Health Services Program Manager that will play a pivotal role in driving the success of key initiatives for the UCLA Health Medicare Advantage Health Plan. In this role, you will:
Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of programs designed to meet CMS and NCQA requirements, address member needs, and achieve organizational objectives
Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders, fostering a culture of transparency, teamwork, and innovation to ensure the seamless delivery of impactful programs
Set clear goals, track progress, address challenges, and maintain the highest quality standards, ensuring programs align with UCLA Health's mission to enhance the care experience and overall health outcomes for our members
Salary Range: $68,800-$141,000
Qualifications
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven individual with:
Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), preferred
Master's degree in health services administration, business administration, or public health, preferred
3-5 years of experience in healthcare program management, ideally within a Medicare Advantage plan or health insurance setting, preferred
In-depth knowledge of Medicare Advantage operations, NCQA Standards, CMS Star Ratings, and health services program requirements
Proven experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
Strong project management skills with the ability to develop and execute complex program plans, manage timelines, and meet deadlines
Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
Strong analytical abilities to interpret data, identify trends, and implement quality improvement action plans
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software; experience with healthcare data analytics tools is a plus
