Description

We are on the search for a skilled Recruiter to join our team. Our client, a high-end property management firm, is looking for a recruiter who has experience with high-volume, high turnover recruiting. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, everything from the initial phone screen to reference checks, background checks to offer. As the Recruiter, you will play a critical role in sourcing and hiring top talent across various departments. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity for the right candidate, but we are also open to contract recruiters. For the first month, you will be onsite daily, then the role will offer hybrid flexibility. Previous experience with Lever is ideal.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates in various areas such as retail, hotel management, luxury residential living.

• Utilize various sourcing methods including networking, direct sourcing, job boards, social media, and referrals to identify and engage potential candidates.

• Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, assessments, and offer negotiations.

• Collaborate closely with HR Partners to align recruitment efforts with company objectives, organizational design, onboarding, policies, and procedures.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with department heads and stakeholders to understand staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment guidance.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process by managing candidate pipelines and maintaining accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and hiring processes. Provide insights and recommend process enhancements based on these metrics.

• Manage our brand and engagement across platforms including LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, Yelp, etc.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in HR Recruiting ideally within the Real Estate & Property Management industry

• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems

• Familiarity with Careerbuilder for sourcing candidates

• Experience with CRM systems for managing interactions with potential and current employees

• Proficiency in About Time software for time tracking and management

• Ability to conduct Background Checks in compliance with legal regulations

• Knowledge of Benefit Functions and associated administration

• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred

• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of attention to detail

• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
