About the role: The ideal candidate will have experience in desktop support, network administration, and physical connectivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 3 desktop support for PC and Mac users.

• Troubleshoot operating systems and network issues.

• Handle Layer 1 physical connectivity and set IP addresses.

• Crimp Cat5/Cat6 cables and understand fiber-optic technology.

• Manage Active Directory tasks (account setup, permissions, password resets).

• Support broadcast-specific applications.

• Maintain office apps and communication tools.

• Test network switches and Cisco systems.

• Install and fix printers for events.

• Follow pre-event setup checklists.

• Physical Expectations: Carry equipment up to 60 pounds, crouch under equipment if needed, move and set up equipment onsite.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
