Pay: $31,150 - $57,850
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and processing payroll for our employees. Your role will include ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining payroll records, and providing excellent customer service to our employees regarding payroll-related inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with weekly, bi-weekly, and semi-monthly processing tasks including data entry, processing, and verification.
Accurately enter all payroll-related data necessary to process and meet deadlines.
Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll-related issues.
Assist supervisor and manager with special projects as requested.
Provide customer service to employees when asked by either the employee, HR, or Manager.
Maintain proper filing systems.
General copying, filing, and mailing.
Pickup and distribute mail and faxes.
Job duties may be modified at any time.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in payroll processing.
Experience with Epay and ADP payroll systems.
Experience processing payroll in multiple states.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office software, with advanced skills in Excel.
Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Heavy payroll processing experience.
Experience in a Shared Service environment.
Foundation of Payroll (FPC) and/or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification or preparation for these exams is a plus.
