Robert Half Project Manager in Los Angeles, California

Description We are inviting applications for the role of a Project Manager based in Los Angeles, California. The role involves a diverse set of responsibilities crucial to the strategic and day-to-day operations of the company. The Project Manager will work closely with various teams, handling tasks ranging from payroll management to insurance coordination, and from billing to effective project management.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage various projects, ensuring their successful completion within set timelines.

• Collaborate effectively with different teams to gather, organize, and present crucial information.

• Manage all aspects of payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in payment processes.

• Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained at all times.

• Handle billing processes, ensuring all invoices are accurate and sent out on time.

• Manage insurance-related tasks, ensuring all company assets are adequately insured.

• Utilize Atlassian Jira, Cloud Technologies, and CRM to enhance project management processes.

• Adhere to Standard Operation Procedures while executing tasks to ensure consistency and quality.

• Conduct business and financial analysis to guide strategic decisions.

• Employ skills in Budgeting and Budget Processes to manage financial aspects of projects. Requirements Qualifications: Proven experience in project management, preferably in an operational or financial management role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and effectively to the founder and other stakeholders. Experience with payroll systems, inventory management software, and financial reporting. Understanding of insurance and legal documentation processes. Proficiency in handling accounts payable, bill payments, and financial analysis. Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and external partners. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a related field. Project Management detail oriented (PMP) certification or similar credentials. Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
