Job Description

We are seeking a AP Specialist. In this role, youll manage accounts payable for a small to medium-sized company, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices. Youll work with ERP systems and third-party payment platforms like Paymerang and handle commercial banking transactions. Your responsibilities will also include managing foreign currency transactions and monitoring currency rate changes. Strong organizational and prioritization skills are essential to succeed in this fast-paced environment.

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of accounts payable experience in a small to medium-sized company (less than $100 million in revenue)

• Proficiency in ERP systems

• Familiarity with 3rd party payment platforms (e.g., Paymerang)

• Familiarity with commercial banking platforms

• Experience with foreign currencies and understanding the effects of currency rate changes null
