Description

TEKsystems is looking for Imaging Technicians who have experience in processing PC and Thin client backups for one of our clients based out of Jeffersonville, IN.

This is for 1st, 2nd & 3rd shift. (7am - 3 pm; 2 pm - 11 pm; 11 pm -7:00 am) for the following dates: January 29th through February 3rd Go Live event only.

o Problems are typically difficult and non-routine but not complex

o Communicates activities and issues within process that may be relevant to IT team

o Excels at creating a comfortable, personalized support experience for users in person, over the phone, and through written communication

o Is intimately familiar with the equipment (PCs and peripherals) of their designated project

o Provides users with personalized deskside assistance

o Communicates and informs (updates, changes)

o Monitors and respond to changes in technology and user needs

o Categorizes tickets per recommendations to allow for consistent reporting within ITSM software

o Documenting, revising, and maintaining internal procedures and customer-facing knowledge

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00
