Are you ready to lead and optimize the scheduling strategy for a 24/7 plant operation? As a Master Scheduler, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring seamless production control and scheduling while collaborating across departments to meet customer demands and achieve production excellence.

How You'll Create Possibilities
Develop Scheduling Strategies : Translate customer needs into a build signal for the factory and supply chain, focusing on long-term capacity planning and production scheduling.
Drive Production Mix : Collaborate with Product Fulfillment and Plant Operations to plan and forecast production schedules, addressing manufacturing or supplier constraints.
Plan Ahead for Promotions : Coordinate with Product Management and Fulfillment teams to anticipate and prepare for promotional periods.
Forecast and Align : Generate and manage production forecasts, ensuring alignment between customer demand and production output.
Manage Key Tools : Utilize Oracle EBS for work orders and forecasts, and Proficy to manage and update schedules.
Address Material Shortages : Partner with Material Planners to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations.
Lead Communication Efforts : Inform plant teams of significant schedule changes or forecast variations.
Oversee Supply Chains : Manage critical supply chains that affect production mix attainment.
Monitor Finished Goods : Own key reporting around finished goods output, including timing and accounting for trials.
What You'll Bring to Our Team
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of combined experience in manufacturing, design, or materials management.
Deep knowledge of demand planning, supply execution, and order fulfillment processes.
Proficiency with Oracle EBS and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
Proven ability to influence and drive change in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of LEAN manufacturing principles.
Flexibility to work on-site and adjust to different shifts when needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Six Sigma certification.
Leadership experience in assembly operations.
Expertise with Oracle ERP systems, including EBS and VCP modules.
Experience managing Bills of Material (BOM).
Background in supporting new product introduction (NPI) and new materials management (NMM) launches.
