Position Title: AP Clerk

Position Type: Hourly (Full-time)

Compensation: $55K - $65K

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated AP Clerk to join our team. This role is critical in maintaining our accounts payable systems, ensuring accuracy, and handling high-volume processing. We value team players who are experienced, motivated, and committed to fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices efficiently and accurately.

• Ensure timely payments to vendors.

• Maintain all facets of the accounts payable system, including reconciling vendor accounts and preparing month-end reports.

• Manage different coding requirements for two separate entities.

• High-volume AP

• Work with D365 and Epicor systems.

Qualifications

• Degree preferred or working towards a degree; relevant experience will be considered in place of a degree.

• Ability to handle high volumes of transactions accurately.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Open to candidates looking for long-term stability or those seeking future growth opportunities.

• Experience: Proven ability to perform AP functions efficiently.
