Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in LOUISVILLE, Kentucky, for a PC Technician. This position is within the IT industry, focusing on tasks involving Windows 10, tech workstations, and computer imaging. As a PC Technician, your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our workstations and providing outstanding technical support.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage and support workstation hardware.

• Accurately process imaging devices and imaging technologies.

• Handle the installation and de-installation of computer systems.

• Carry out upgrades on computer towers as required.

• Provide support for Microsoft Windows 10 operating system.

• Handle computer imaging and desktop imaging tasks efficiently.

• Support the maintenance of PC Desktop - Workstation.

• Perform tasks related to cable installation.

• Ensure accurate disk imaging.

• Respond to and resolve workstation support queries. Requirements • Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows 10

• Experience with computer imaging and desktop imaging

• Knowledge of disk imaging and familiarity with various imaging devices

• Understanding of imaging technologies and their application

• Capable of cable installation and handling de-installations

• Proven experience working with workstations

• Familiarity with PC Desktop - Workstation operation and maintenance

• Ability to manage workstation hardware and provide relevant support

• Strong technical skills and ability to quickly adapt to new technologies

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members

• Ability to work independently and within a team to meet deadlines and objectives
