Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Quality Engineer in the manufacturing industry, located in LOUISVILLE, Kentucky. As a Quality Engineer, your primary responsibilities will involve handling customer complaints, overseeing chargebacks, and managing issues involving supplies from various suppliers.
Responsibilities:
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a detail oriented manner
• Supervise and manage chargebacks effectively
• Identify and understand trends to improve quality and efficiency
• Initiate and manage projects aimed at preventing future customer complaints
• Take responsibility for solving problems arising from malfunctioning supplies sent by different suppliers
• Utilize ERP Solutions and CRM for maintaining and processing customer service inquiries
• Leverage skills in 3M and Coupa for efficient handling of customer complaints
• Apply knowledge in Budget and Buying Processes to manage chargebacks
• Ensure accurate customer service records using Enterprise Resource Planning system
• Use 'About Time' for efficient management of customer complaints and inquiries. Requirements
• Possess proficiency in 3M software for efficient operations management.
• Demonstrated expertise in CRM, with the ability to manage customer relationships effectively.
• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning to optimize business processes.
• Experience with ERP Solutions for managing business operations and customer relations.
• Strong understanding of budget processes to manage financial resources effectively.
• Familiarity with buying processes to ensure smooth procurement operations.
• Excellent customer service skills to maintain good relationships with clients.
• Ability to handle invoicing processes efficiently.
