Are you passionate about optimizing material flow and ensuring operational efficiency? We’re looking for a Senior Materials Representative to be a vital part of our Materials Operations team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in managing inventory accuracy, supporting dock operations, and driving continuous improvement in our material handling processes.

How You'll Create Possibilities

  • Receiving and validating inbound freight by matching physical quantities with ASN/IRN records.

  • Inputting accurate data into our material management systems, addressing discrepancies, and escalating issues when needed.

  • Identifying and reconciling receiving variances using problem-solving techniques.

  • Conducting yard checks to ensure trailer locations match Trackx system records.

  • Auditing pick locations to confirm parts are properly staged for materials drivers supporting assembly lines.

  • Managing the timely return of accurate containers to suppliers.

  • Creating warehouse put-away labels and contributing to seamless inventory flow.

  • Being a key player in our annual physical inventory process.

  • Participating in AWO initiatives and embracing lean manufacturing principles to improve workflows.

  • Communicating with drivers and stakeholders to monitor parts’ locations and resolve discrepancies.

  • Reporting metrics and maintaining accurate operational records.

What You'll Bring to Our Team

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Associate degree (or actively pursuing) in business or a related field.

  • Skills: Effective communication, initiative, organizational talent, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with Oracle/or comparable ERP, Trackx (or similar system), Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.), and scanning equipment.

  • Attention to Detail: Keen eye for accuracy in handling materials and records.

  • Foundational Skills: Basic math and recording proficiency, along with an understanding of safety and dock regulations.
