Senior Scrum Master - On Site

Our practice is seeking a highly qualified Scrum Master with experience in Java developing and building impactful, scalable, enterprise applications.

You will work side by side with product managers, designers, and clients, making decisions together to quickly deliver valuable working software to clients and their users.

The Scrum Master leads teams through work actions that can be completed within timeboxed iterations called sprints and tracks progress through 5 minute standup meetings

Location: Louisville - KY USA

Responsibilities :

• Understands department segment and organizational strategy and operating objectives
• Makes decisions regarding own work methods occasionally in ambiguous situations
• Follows established guidelines & procedures

Required Qualifications:

• Understanding of software development processes
• Solid Problem-solving skills
• Outstanding Communication skill
• Knowledge of agile frameworks and methodologies
• Understanding of Java and other languages related to IT

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $68K - $110K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
