Our Maufacturing client in Loveland, CO is seeking a Procurement of IT and Licensing Specialist to join their team.

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN PROCUREMENT OF IT HARDWARE/SOFTWARE.

Job Title: IT Procurement and Licensing Specialist

Location: Loveland, CO (Industrial area near the Ft. Collins/Loveland Airport)

Pay Range: $28 - $30/hour depending upon experience

What’s the Job?

• Manage procurement activities for IT Software and Hardware

• Oversee software licensing, including tracking, renewing, and reallocating licenses

• Maintain and update the master tracker for software users

• Perform data entry and manage data exports in Excel, including Pivot tables and V Look-Up

• Learn and utilize the IBUY system for procurement processes

• Coordinate new vendor setups with the finance department

What’s Needed?

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)

• Experience with procurement IT systems

• Strong data management skills, including Excel functions like Pivot tables and V-LookUp

• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities

• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly

• Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with software licensing management

• Familiarity with the IBUY system

• Previous experience in a procurement or IT support role
