HR Administrative Assistant

Minimum Educational qualification : Bachelor’s degree in HR or any relevant field

Minimum Relevant work experience: Minimum of 1-2 years relevant work experience in similar position.

Nestlé Angola is currently looking for a HR Administrative Assistant who will provide support to HRBPs, Managers and employees with high quality of information, advice and service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure effective support to Line Managers and HR Business Partners during day-to-day activities, including salary revision, salary & incentives, allowances, RSU’s (Restricted Stock Unit Plan), bonus, promotions,

  • Ensuring related information about FTE’s (Headcount), hiring, transfers, end of contract, retirement, long term leaves, maternity leaves, reporting, time management, management development reporting, etc.

  • Support with training coordination in the Factory.

  • Assists in the coordination of induction and onboarding of new employees.

  • Receives and validates all invoices presented by all third-party service providers.

  • Performs vendor evaluation for all the third-party service providers in the Factory.

SOCIAL AREAS

Canteen

  • Liaises between the Company and the canteen service provider to ensure that service delivery is according to agreed contract

  • Responsible for ensuring hygiene & safety standards are provided and maintained at the canteen

  • Responsible for handling and resolving all complaints in relation to the canteen.

Laundry

  • Responsible for ensuring hygiene & safety standards are provided and maintained at the laundry.

  • Assists in ensuring that staff uniforms and shoes are issued in line with company policy.

  • Responsible for handling and resolving all complaints in relations to the laundry.

  • Maintains data on stock of daily, weekly and monthly wash of uniforms.

Locker Rooms

  • General Management of staff locker rooms

Staff Supplies

  • Coordinate the supply of products and any other supplies to employees as when needed

  • Ensures there are regular supply of products for internal consumption (Stock reconciliation of available products)

Transport

  • Staff transport coordination and resolving all complaints in relation to the service provider

  • Any other task that may be assigned by the HRBP.

General Feedback on our social AREAS in the Factory.

  • Develop a QRC code to collate instant feedback on issues relating to the social areas.

SHE

  • Working safely and supporting the overall Safety, Health and Environment Management standards that apply to your work area.
