CNC Mill Operators, two years experience required. Day and night shift. $16-$19 per hour to start, $500 bonus at 90 days with perfect attendance and healthcare after 90 days.

Off Site Manufacturing Technologies, Inc., located in Chesterfield Twp., is seeking a highly motivated individual to keep pace in a fast-moving manufacturing environment. We are seeking a team member with outstanding attendance that is seeking long term employment. Both day and night shifts are available.

The position of CNC Mill Operator will play a key role in our daily operation and the efficiency of our processes. The ideal candidate will be able to react quickly to changing priorities with the primary goal of mills parts to our customer specifications and requirements. Experience is not needed; we will train the right candidate.

Duties of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Reporting directly to Manufacturing Management to assure parts are being machined by priority and in the correct quantity.
• Load and unload parts to and from incoming packaging area.
• Follow Operator Work Inspection and inspection forms.
• Ensure proper labeling, to include quantity, job number, and date. *

Job Type: Full-time

Pay review after 90 days. Great health care program at 90 days as well.
