ManpowerGroup Administrative Assistant in Madison, Wisconsin

Our client, a leading organization in food chemistry testing, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the operations team supporting various project workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Madison, WI

Pay Range: $20/hr

What's the Job?

  • Organizes and manages communication, ticket management, and issue resolution in JIRA project workflows.

  • Performs cross-platform coordination and data entry for multiple retail compliance programs.

  • Provides support, training, and subject matter expertise for new JIRA users.

  • Proactively monitors pending tickets and follows up with responsible parties as required.

  • Coordinates procurement and logistics for retail shopper programs.

What's Needed?

  • Knowledge of MS Office applications including Teams, Word, Excel, and OneNote.

  • Experience contributing to teams.

  • Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with project teams.

  • Willingness to perform overtime and weekend work as required.
