JOB REQUIREMENTS: Associate Manager-Customer Experience Job Locations US-Remote Location ID 2024-23919 Company TDS Telecom Pay Range \$72,400.00 - \$117,700.00 Overview The Associate Manager-Customer Experience is responsible for the development and execution of our Customer Experience (CX) strategy and initiatives, following the guidance of senior team members and leaders. This includes gaining voice of customer input, analyzing customer feedback and market research, defining current and future state processes, developing and executing plans to enhance customer interactions, and increasing satisfaction, ease, and loyalty. This role will aid in cross departmental projects and act as the subject matter expert for the customer experience at TDS. They will work closely with project teams to identify impacts to customers throughout many interactions and channels to develop comprehensive tactical plans that not only meet project goals, but also ensure a positive customer experience. This position is expected to acquire and maintain knowledge of TDS market areas along with product availability and competitive threats. They are also expected to be well versed in our customer facing systems (i.e. electronic billing systems) and understand the internal systems that drive them. This role will work with all functional areas including, but not limited to, marketing, the customer contact center, product management, government and regulatory affairs, field services, network operations and IT, to ensure effective customer experience improvements. This position has the ability to work remotely in any of the 40+ States in which TDS Telecom operates. The pay range listed for this position represents the low and high end of the base compensation range. The actual offer amount will carefully consider multiple factors, such as relevant skills, qualifications, work experience, location and/or competencies that align with the specified role. Certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses and equity awards.
