JOB REQUIREMENTS: Health Psychologist - Bariatrics - 32681 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : 100% FTE, days. This is a hybrid role. When in person you will work at the East Madison Hospital in Madison, WI. Pay : * This position may be eligible for a \$10,000 sign-on bonus. We are seeking a Health Psychologist to: * Provide clinical services to adult outpatients focused on addressing behavioral and lifestyle changes that assist with weight management. * Conduct bariatric presurgical psychological evaluations, individual follow-up health psychology sessions, and facilitate group medical visits with program dietitians and advanced practice providers. * Receive referrals from and collaborate with medical providers within the Medical and Surgical Weight Management program, including bariatricians and surgeons. * Consult with our multi-disciplinary bariatric team concerning surgical candidates and post-operative patients.
