We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive the growth and evolution of our marketplace, ensuring it delivers unparalleled value to our customers and partners.

The Role:

As a Senior Product Manager , you will own the vision, strategy, and execution for our Marketplace. You will work closely with Oracle’s partners, customers, internal engineering teams, and go-to-market teams to enhance marketplace capabilities, optimize user experience, and drive customer adoption. Your role is pivotal in ensuring our marketplace remains the preferred hub for businesses to discover, purchase, and manage their cloud services portfolio on the Oracle cloud platform.

Responsibilities

As a member of the product development division, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications. Suggest and justify product directions and specifications. Specify, design and implement moderate changes to existing software architecture. Build new products and development tools. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to discuss major changes to functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute product strategy for the Oracle Marketplace, ensuring alignment with Oracle strategic initiatives and customer needs.

• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management , from ideation and roadmap development, launch and ongoing optimization.

• Collaborate with cloud service providers to onboard new offerings, enhance integrations, and optimize partner experiences.

• Enhance marketplace user experience , improving discoverability, self-service capabilities, and frictionless procurement.

• Work closely with engineering teams to develop scalable, secure, and innovative marketplace features.

• Leverage data and analytics to measure success, identify growth opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.

• Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to support adoption, GTM strategies, and customer, partner, and internal Oracle awareness and education initiatives.

• Stay ahead of industry trends , competitive landscapes, and emerging cloud technologies to inform product innovation.

Who You Are:

• Experienced Product Manager with 7+ years in cloud marketplaces, cloud platforms, or SaaS environments.

• Deep understanding of cloud ecosystems , providers (AWS, Azure, GCP), and B2B marketplace dynamics.

• Strong technical acumen to work effectively with engineering teams on APIs, integrations, and platform scalability.

• Data-driven decision maker who can translate insights into actionable strategies.

• Customer-obsessed leader who prioritizes user experience and partner success.

• Excellent communicator and collaborator with strong writing and presentation skills who can influence cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 7 years of software engineering or related experience.
