JOB REQUIREMENTS: NP/PA Pediatric Neuromuscular - 34464 Work Schedule : 100% FTE. Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. No weekends, call, holidays, or nights. As an Advanced Practice Provider, you\'ll play an integral role in our inpatient and ambulatory care teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients. We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to: * Provide care to patients with acute and chronic illnesses commonly encountered in pediatric neuromuscular outpatient, inpatient, and procedure-based settings. * See patients in follow-up for routine post-procedure care and manage complications related to procedures and specialized drug administration * Perform routine clinical procedures independently as outlined in practice agreements/scope of practice including, but not limited to, the following: Skin biopsies, lumbar puncture, specialty medication administration (Spinraza coordination, Zolgensma infusion coordination). Education : Minimum - If Nurse Practitioner: Master\'s or Doctorate\'s degree from accredited Nursing Program. If Physician Assistant: Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree from accredited PA Program. Licenses and Certifications : Minimum - If Nurse Practitioner: Active RN and APNP license in State of Wisconsin AND active board certification as a NP in Pediatric Primary Care Nurse or Family. If Physician Assistant: Active PA license in State of Wisconsin AND active PA board certification.
