JOB REQUIREMENTS: Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Allergy Clinic - 35067 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : 100% FTE; Monday-Friday core hours between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to: * Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team to provide comprehensive care to allergy patients in an outpatient setting. * Treat a variety of conditions and allergic reactions, including: allergies, anaphylaxis, asthma, and immunodeficiency disorders. If Physician Assistant: Active PA license in State of Wisconsin AND Active PA board certification. All Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant applicants must have: Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire.
