The ideal candidate will be the Office Champion and the Coach for the staff while continuing to build our collaborative culture. Our Office Leader will focus on growing the services and expanding the markets that we serve. Our ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be passionate and be looking for an opportunity to develop new business, manage staff and projects, and provide the leadership to grow the office. Responsibilities include: Our Office Leader will focus on continuity of an established office and further growth of the services. Leadership and responsibility of projects, pursuits, and staff in the Madison office that may include Practice Area Leaders, Market Team Leaders, technical staff and local administrative staff. Staff development and mentoring. Project/Team oversight including developing and executing a Regional Business Plan, setting priorities and developing objectives, team financial management, and project staffing/work-sharing with other offices. Provide project leadership, oversight, design and task management in accordance with their profession. Meeting or exceeding KPI\'s that will include region sales revenue, region profitability, and regional growth. Business development activities such as client development, marketing and proposal developments. Client management, including abilities to negotiate contracts and client engagement activities. Active professional society involvement. We are considering Office Leader candidates who meet the following basic qualifications: Bachelor of Science degree in related fields of study, or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 10 years of technical experience in applicable profession. The ideal candidate will have a background in either Transportation Engineering, Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Planning or Surveying....
