JOB REQUIREMENTS: Patient Nutrition Services Lead - 34929 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : This is a full time 1.0 FTE position. Scheduled hours between 12:30pm - 9:00pm Monday through Friday. Every other weekend required. Hours may vary based on the needs of the department. The ideal person will be a critical thinker, able to problem solve on the spot while delegating tasks to team members and managing workflows. Excellent time management and communication skills are a must! This position also helps train staff, so the ability to coach while adapting to others\' learning styles is key. We are seeking a Culinary Services Lead to: * Provide exemplary customer service while working with patients, visitors, and other staff members. * Follow all UW Health guidelines and policies regarding food safety and sanitation. * Train and orient new staff members. * Act as an effective leader for the Culinary Services Department and the organization.
