Job Title: Property Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Property Maintenance Technician responsible for the execution of various property repairs, including light HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drywall repair, painting, and appliance repairs. The role involves performing turnovers, preventative maintenance, and light electrical, HVAC, and plumbing tasks throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Execute property repairs including light HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drywall repair, painting, and appliance repairs.

• Perform turnovers and preventative maintenance tasks.

• Conduct light electrical, HVAC, and plumbing repairs as needed throughout the day.

• Troubleshoot and repair various property maintenance issues.

• Supervise property management tasks and ensure all repairs and maintenance are completed efficiently.

• Maintain mechanical systems and perform building maintenance and repairs.

Essential Skills

• 2+ years of experience as a property maintenance technician.

• Experience with light electrical, HVAC, and plumbing repairs.

• Strong carpentry skills.

• Valid driver's license and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

Work Environment

Our work environment includes an 8:30 am to 5:00 pm schedule. During our busy season from May to August, there is an average of 10 hours of required overtime per month. On-call duties rotate weekly based on team size, ensuring a fair distribution of responsibilities. Weekend work may be required during turnover seasons, especially when turnovers occur on weekends. We encourage a professional dress code and foster a culture of collaboration and support within our team.

This is a Permanent position based out of Madison, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $58240.00/yr.
