In this role, you'll be at the intersection of business needs and technology solutions, working closely with teams to optimize Guidewire applications like PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter. What You’ll Do:
Gather Business Requirements: Work closely with business users to document their needs and translate them into actionable requirements for Guidewire applications.
Liaison Role: Act as the bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and project success.
Conduct Gap Analysis: Assess current systems and processes, identify gaps, and recommend practical solutions to enhance business operations.
Design & Testing: Contribute to the design, configuration, and testing of Guidewire systems to ensure they meet business needs and specifications.
Facilitate Workshops: Lead workshops and create clear, actionable documentation including use cases and user stories to guide the development process.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Support UAT and user training to ensure that the end users are fully equipped to use the new systems effectively.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry, with a deep understanding of Guidewire applications.
Strong familiarity with Guidewire systems (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter) and the ability to document business requirements effectively.
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and the ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
Preferred Skills:
Guidewire certification(s) are highly desirable.
Strong facilitation skills for workshops and documentation, with the ability to create clear and concise use cases and user stories.
Experience supporting UAT and delivering training sessions to ensure smooth transitions for end users.
